VONTA Vietnam Joint Stock Company is one of the typical representatives of domestic electrical and lighting equipment brands with European quality in Vietnam. VONTA has invested in 3 large-scale factories, including an electrical equipment factory, a lighting equipment factory, and a lamp post factory located in Pho Yen Industrial Park – Thai Nguyen.

Machinery equipment
1. Automatic plastic injection machine
The plastic injection machine has the function of keeping the mold closed while pushing the molten plastic by pressure injection into the mold core to fill the mold cavity and open the mold after the product is cooled.
VONTA owns the HAITIAN MA2800 III/1350eco automatic plastic injection system with PLC, with a modern closed-loop plastic injection cycle.
2. Aptomat long-term overload protection tester
The machine is used to test the quality of Aptomat according to IEC standards:
- Measurement range: From 6A – 80A
- Number of measuring ports: 12 ports
- Accuracy level: 0.5%
3. Luminous flux chamber (Dark chamber)
A luminous flux chamber (dark chamber) is used to measure light parameters and draw automatic light distribution diagrams of LED lights.
This is a rare LED light intensity distribution and optical parameter measuring and drawing machine in Vietnam.

4. Spectrum tester
Spherical integrating spectrometer for LED. The device is used to test the light parameters of various lamps.
- Output power: 500 VA
- Input voltage: 110V +- 11V / 220V +-22V, 50Hz/60Hz
- Output voltage: 0V~150V/ 0V~300V
- Frequency stability: 0.03% reading + 1 digit
- Voltage and current measurement accuracy: +-(0.1% reading + 0.4% range + 1 digit)
5. Lamp testing machine
The machine tests assembled lamps at many voltage levels in practice. Practice 100% of manufactured products at actual voltage ranges to check the quality of lamps after assembly.
- Set voltage range: From 160 – 265 VAC
- Set on – off cycle: From 3-15s depending on each type of LED lamp
6. PCB Led Bar Cutting Machine
VONTA uses modern machinery to perform the automatic cutting and separation of PCB LED bars. The automatic, precise, and highly productive PCB LED cutting machine specializes in producing all kinds of Mica LED bulbs.

7. Automatic switch and socket packaging machine
Purpose: Packing switches and sockets after completing the assembly line.
- Capacity: 11 kW
- Voltage: 380 VAC
- Frequency: 5-60Hz
8. Electrostatic painting booth
Used for electrostatic painting, automatic spray painting combined with a conveyor belt. Excess paint powder is completely recovered up to 97%.
9. Digital oscilloscope
As one of the effective support tools for repairing electronic measuring devices.
Thanks to these support devices, finding a broken Pan becomes easier, faster, more accurate, and more economical.
10. Automatic Bulb production line
Used to produce all kinds of cylindrical LED bulbs and cylindrical lamps.

11. Overload tester
Circuit breaker test current generator up to 20 kA, used to test 100% MCB overload of circuit breaker products after assembly.
Model: UPA-20 operates based on the principle of changing the power in the primary circuit of the equivalent pressure transformer and thereby changing the output current running through the automatic circuit breaker under test. Power adjustment can be done through an external voltage regulator or through an integrated thyristor controller.
12. Lamp load power testing equipment
The tester includes the Group A Measurement Module and the Group B Measurement Module. The Group A Measurement Module can test 6 LED parameters of the LED driver. Group B Measurement Module can test 6 times: LED Driver AC, DC, and AC/DC Parameters.
There are 12 windows to display the input and output parameters, for comparison and analysis. The PASS/FAIL range test parameters can be set with the Noise/ Light alarm.
13. Flexible electrical conduit production line
Specializing in the production of flexible electrical conduit.

14. Electrical conduit production line
Specializing in producing all kinds of rigid electrical conduit. Using 4 extrusion heads: New technology for high output, quality according to IEC 61386-21:2002 standard.

15. Automatic plug pin punching and pressing machine
Machine system for the production of plugs for extension sockets. Automatic technology for stamping and pressing plug pins accurately and with high productivity.
16. Corrugated pipe extrusion machine
VONTA produces flexible conduit from D16-D40 according to the IEC 61386-23:2002 standard.
